This was regularly requested by our customers, and here it is!
Brisket is taken from the beef's breast section and therefore it is a bit on the tougher side compared to other beef cuts. But if cooked slowly it becomes very tender and tasty. Brisket is often used for pastrami or corned beef but can also be braised slowly or used in the barbecue smoker. Anyhow, its taste will be really different from an average beef steak. Try it yourself! Our brisket is 100% grass-fed beef from Australia.
