This is how our kangaroo striploin Steak should be prepared.

Ingredients:
- kangaroo striploin 460g
- salt and pepper, or use our steak spice
- olive oil
Instructions:
1) Bring the steak back to room temperature (after thawing properly)
2) Season it (salt and pepper, or use our steak spice)
3) Put some oil into the frying pan over medium heat and grill each side for 2 to 3 min until it gains color
4) Turn off the heat, cover the frying pan and stew it for 10 min *time depends on how thick the meat is
You shouldn't overcook it due to its low-fat content, medium rare would be the best. We recommend to season it a little bit more than usual.
