①リブは骨に沿って軽く切れ目を入れ水で綺麗に洗う
②沸騰した湯に入れて中火で20分茹でたらトレーに取る
③マーマレードジャムとケチャップ・醤油・にんにくすりおろしを混ぜてソースを作る
④リブと①のソースをジプロックに入れて揉み込み、冷蔵庫で数時間漬け込む(1日〜2日漬けるとさらに旨味アップ)
250度に余熱したオーブンにお肉を入れて約15分、焦げ目がつくまで焼く
